Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026 · Applies to Infini HealthCare and its d/b/a CareCo 24.

1. What we do (and don't do)

Infini HealthCare operates a two-sided marketplace connecting private-pay families and healthcare facilities with independently credentialed caregivers (RN / LPN / CNA / HHA). We do not employ caregivers. We are not a healthcare provider, a home health agency, or a medical staffing agency. All care is delivered under a direct contract between the family/facility and the caregiver.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Caregivers must hold a current, unexpired credential from the state in which they will work. Agencies must provide a valid EIN. Families must consent to background checks on caregivers they hire.

3. Payments, fees, and refunds

Home Health is private-pay only. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Families pre-fund shifts via a Stripe-vaulted payment method. Once a caregiver completes and the family approves a visit, funds route to the caregiver's connected agency account minus our platform fee.

Refunds: if a shift is cancelled > 24 hours before start, 100% refund. Between 24 and 2 hours, 50%. Less than 2 hours or no-show by family, 0% (caregiver receives full pay). No-show by caregiver: 100% family refund + caregiver rating impacted.

Fees: current platform fee is disclosed at booking. Payout cadence (per-shift / daily / weekly / bi-weekly) is set in your Payment Settings.

4. Shift blasts & consent to be contacted

By creating a caregiver account and providing ZIP coverage, you consent to receive open-shift email notifications for matching ZIPs. You may opt out at any time via the link in every email, or by managing preferences in your dashboard. We honor unsubscribes immediately.

5. Independent contractor relationship

Caregivers are independent contractors, not employees of Infini HealthCare. Caregivers are responsible for their own taxes, licensure, malpractice/liability insurance, and continuing education. We issue IRS Form 1099 to any caregiver earning > $600 per calendar year through the platform.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not: (a) circumvent the platform to accept off-book payment; (b) falsify credentials, background checks, or references; (c) provide care outside your credential's scope; (d) discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, or any protected class; (e) share your account with anyone; (f) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell platform data.

7. Disclaimer of medical liability

Infini HealthCare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All care decisions are between the caregiver, the family, and any supervising clinician. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of caregivers, families, or agencies. Users assume all risk of care arrangements made through the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infini HealthCare's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid by that user in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Pending shifts must be completed or reassigned before deletion is finalized.

10. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. Any dispute must first be attempted to be resolved informally via legal@careco24.com. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to all account holders at least 30 days before taking effect.
